Important Information Before Your Tour

- Optional accessories like small bags and pumps are available free of charge.
How to Book
- Send us a message on WhatsApp with the tour you’d like to join, your preferred date and time, and how many people will be coming.
- Let us know how many riders need bikes and the approximate heights of those renting.
- You can send photos of your IDs when booking, or present them in person when you arrive.
- All participants must sign a short liability waiver before the tour starts.
What to Bring
- Wear sports clothing, preferably with long sleeves and pants. Expect your clothes to get a little muddy depending on the season.
- Bring sunscreen and insect repellent.
- Make sure to bring a valid ID (passport or DPI) for registration if you haven't sent a picture yet.
You can safely store personal belongings at our shop while you’re out riding.
Bringing Your Own Bike
- Your bike must be suitable for trails with mud, roots, rocks, and slopes.
- We recommend checking your brakes and tires before the tour to ensure they’re in good condition.
Weather & Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund for cancellations made 7 or more days in advance.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 6 and 2 days before the tour.
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour.
If weather conditions make riding unsafe, we’ll offer a reschedule or a full refund.
